Jengi creates a fresh fusion of classic American comfort food and snacks with world flavors. Dishes are crafted with a Mama's love using local ingredients and diverse cooking methods to create a unique dining experience for every occasion. Mama Jengi is a longtime Waterbury resident who has spent the last several years transitioning from home cook and small private caterer to full-time chef and licenced caterer. She’s been honing her skills serving brunch at The Old Stagecoach Inn and bar food and catering with the Zenbarn.

Mama Jengi lives in Waterbury Center with her 2 children and enjoys live music, kayaking, swimming and picnicing in her spare time.
